4. External Services

4.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for web analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. IP addresses are anonymized. You can object to the analysis by:

  • Installing the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics
  • Opting-out via our cookie settings

4.2 Google Maps

We use Google Maps to display property locations. When used, data is transmitted to Google. Details can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.

4.3 Social Media Plugins

We use social media plugins with a 2-click solution. Data is only transmitted to social networks after activation.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on servers in Germany. The storage period is based on legal retention periods:

  • Contact inquiries: 6 months after processing
  • Booking inquiries: 10 years (tax retention obligation)
  • Server logs: 7 days

9. Mobile App (Immobilien Paraguay App)

In addition to our website, we offer a mobile app for Android. The following information applies specifically to app usage.

9.1 Location Data

With your permission, the app can access your precise GPS location (Android permission ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION). Location data is used solely to display nearby properties and to mark the location on the map when creating a listing. Location data is not permanently stored on our servers and is not shared with third parties. You can revoke location access at any time in your device's app settings.

9.2 Push Notifications (Firebase)

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google LLC) for push notifications, e.g. for new messages or status changes to your listings. An anonymous device token is transmitted to Firebase servers for this purpose. The token contains no personal data. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings. 9.3 User Account

A user account is required to use the full functionality of the app. We collect:

  • Email address
  • Name (optional)
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Account data is stored encrypted on your device

9.4 User Content (Listings and Photos)

When creating property listings, you upload photos and descriptions that are stored on our servers. This content is publicly visible. You can delete your listings and uploaded photos at any time within the app. By uploading content, you grant us the right to use it for display on the platform.

9.5 Device Access and Permissions

The app requests the following device permissions:

  • Camera and photo gallery: To take and upload property photos
  • Location: To display nearby properties and mark locations on the map
  • Internet: To communicate with our servers

9.6 Local Data Storage

The app stores login credentials and settings in encrypted form on your device (Android Keystore). This data does not leave your device and is not accessible to other apps. When you uninstall the app, all locally stored data is deleted.
