Location: The farm sits at about 210 m altitude, only some 5 km from Route PY02 (km 80), on the access road to Compañía Potrero El Carmen. Eusebio Ayala – famous throughout Paraguay as the home of Chipa Barrero – is about 72 km from Asunción; the upgraded PY02 takes you to the capital in roughly one hour, and in the other direction to Ciudad del Este. The area is quiet, safe and rural.
