Our History
When we founded the company in 1998, we came to Paraguay to bring German values such as reliability, transparency and the highest quality standards to the South American real estate market. What began as a small office in Asunción has grown into one of the leading experts for German-speaking clients.
Our goal was clear from the start: to build a bridge between European expectations and the complex reality of Paraguay. We understand the concerns and wishes of emigrants and investors because we have walked this path ourselves.
